Mini-Review: Libby's

Croissant, soup and banana bread at Libby's - 6

The weather outside may be unusually chilly and snowy as shown in the photo above, but the coffee, food and free WiFi at Libby's (my "3rd office", Take 5 is my second office :-) !) are delightful. Check out Mini-Review: Libby's in East Van.

Mini-Review: Libby's in East Van

Everything at Libby's (3429 Porter near Trout Lake community centre and the East Van Farmer's Market, my flickr photos) is delicious. From the banana bread to the  soup to the paninis to the coffee.

Arthur Hungry - A food blog with Vancouver material and great photos

Jon Husband pointed us to arthur hungry, which is a food blog with some Vancouver related material and lots of excellent food photos like the ones from this post about Ningtu! Excellent! The only thing I could suggest is adding a Vancouver category so I can track the Vancouver stuff.

Beer Can Chicken is delicious

For New Years's Eve in Toronto, my friends Teresa and Robert made beer can chicken. It was moist and fab. They used the Weber Big Book of Grilling beer can chicken recipe. Here are my beer can chicken photos and the beer can chicken recipe from the Food Network. Try it! I bet you'll like it!
