Slightly off topic, but a
Slightly off topic, but a good substitution for boccoccino, the fresh mozzarella is indian panner, which is slightly cheaper, the texture and taste (that is the fresh bland taste that absorbs flavours like basil well) are identical. In fact both indian and italian fresh mozzarellas are made from water buffalos milk (cows milk over here in canada).
