From Darrell: Edie's Zucchini Cake

Ever since I first tasted Edie's Zucchini Cake in Munich, I have completely been in love with this delicious but easy to make cake. This recipe, which has been handed down from generation to generation of Minnesotans is absolutely scrummy (moist and chocolately good)!

Grilled Clams and Mussels
Grilled Red Snapper a la Kim Chau (i.e. basted in Kim Chau Satay sauce just like Pork Chops on the 28th)
