It looks (fingers crossed that it works out with the crazy ever changing schedule of the chefs) that we (Barb, Kris and I) will be podcasting and event blogging from Eat! Vancouver this weekend.
Okay, so you have this great restaurant. A stupendous chef. This incredible menu of wonderful, mouth-watering food. You are poised to hit it big on the restaurant scene.
Excellent! Check out Ken's Vancouver food blog (RSS feed) complete with lots of great photos. I love food blogs with photos! My favourite entry of Ken's blog so far is his post on Tojo's which has lots of tasty pictures. Looking forward to more. Go Ken go!
LATER: I was wrong. Cooking Made Simple was created by Tris Hussey and Arieanna and Ianiv are blogging there too. And you can blog there too if you wish. Just create an account; it's free
This looks like another fun event that baby willing Barb and I can get to. In addition to the normal food events, this year they have added a $2 discount for donations to the Union Gospel Mission and a a cool 'Bowls of Hope' feature both of which are excellent ideas!
I've created an assignment for Prado Cafe at NowPublic. The people who submit (free membership required) by April 14th the best video and the best photo (with permission from the Prado staff of course and I am the sole judge and jury :-)!) get a free coffee on me!
Wow! Arieanna is really hitting her stride with Vancouver Coffee! The Prado Cafe coffee sounds good, a little bit on the right (in my opinion) side of over roasted; i.e. smoother and not as over roasted as others. Can't wait for Coffee Geek to chime in and will somebody please post some pictures :-) ?
