Than Brothers Pho Restaurant Cream Puffs

Boy oh boy do the cream puffs aka "banh choux a la creme" at the Than Brothers Pho Restaurant chain in Everett and Seattle look great. (Link via Better Living Through Software). Anybody know where I can get these cream puffs in Vancouver? If so, please let us know!
