Mini-mini review: Chutneys Queen Anne in Seattle

Chutneys Queen Anne (in the Queen Anne neighbourhood of Seattle) is a nice restaurant. Nice decor, cloth napkins. Not the kind of place you'd expect to have delicious Indian food!

The food is great! In particular the spinach mushroom chicken and the murgh chicken are outstanding. And if you go there, you must order the curried mussels appetizer! The sauce is heavenly. We had dinner there with our American friends, Steve and Denise, before going swing dancing at the Mountaineers last Friday since the restaurant is only about three block away. Dinner for four came out to $US 80 (3 mains, the mussels, 3 lassis and a beer). A far cry from the ultra cheap prices that we are lucky enough to have in Vancouver area restaurants but not bad considering the great food and surroundings.
