Best Vietnamese on Kingsway and Cedar Cottage?

Ben Garfinkel of Industrial Brand Creative is looking for good Vietnamese  in his new neighbourhood of Cedar Cottage and Kingsway. He's found Tung Hing Bakery and Kingsway Deli but would like some more recommendations for great Vietnamese on Kingsway or Cedar Cottage.

His current favs (not in Cedar Cottage or Kingsway) as documented on his blog are:

• Au Petit Cafe
• Ba Le Sandwich  Shop

We love Kim Chau which is in the Kingsway area and is more of a place to buy Vietnamese sauces, condiments , prepared food and desserts although they do sell sandwiches, but we'd like to know some more too. Can anybody recommend great Vietnamese places either in Cedar Cottage or on Kingsway? Please leave a comment or email us.
