I've heard of people freezing
I've heard of people freezing SCM in ice cube trays. SCM freezes better than regular evaporated milk cuz there's less water content. IKEA had these rubberized ice cube trays for kids that had different patterns like stars and animals ....

I once got a tube in Hong
I once got a tube in Hong Kong, but it was 3 or 4 times more expensive than the canned one. What I do now is to put the canned one into those ketchup/mustard bottles and squeeze them. It never turns bad!

I've never had a problem with it going bad; I just pop the lid on and store it in the fridge. Perhaps it was left out too long one day?

Can't say as I've ever had a
Can't say as I've ever had a problem with having left-over condensed milk!! Hmmm. I used to be bought a can for my birthday, and would enjoy eating it by the spoonful. Very sweet, very sticky and of course, very sickly!! :-) The coffee sounds great btw.
