Special project on the go!

We're cooking up a special project that will be ready for release in early April.  No, it's not a cookbook or a site overhaul or a new site...we're having a baby!

While we're keeping up with VanEats and most of our other activities, we're busy nurturing and planning for our new VanEats contributor.  Luckily the pregnancy has been comfortable and I've been able to eat normally (thank goodness!).

On hold are some of my favourite things though:  unpasteurized cheeses, cheeses with moldy rinds, raw things like sashimi and carpaccio, a nice glass of Gewurtz....  But there are plenty of other tasty things to enjoy.  I haven't had any unusual cravings....yet.

congradulations! we have a 15 mo old girl. i'm trying to get her to like more than just sliced american cheese to no avail. and she cringes every time i get any wonderfully aromatic white near her like the viognier i had tonight...

Er, I can do that too :-O

Congratulations. Enjoy all of the perks that come with eating for two!

Congratulations Roland and Barb ! As names go, I'd be quite suspicious if your new baby is named Jamie, Julia, Emeril or Jacques. On different note I look forward to reading reviews/recipes of your haute cuisine a la bebe :)

hey enoch that's funny about the viognier!

Well it's about time!!! Congratulations again! Might I suggest that Kerrie is a great name for either a boy or a girl, and it comes in a variety of spellings.... Or Kelly...
