Poor Man's Tapenade

1-12 oz can of kalamata olives with pits removed and well drained
1 or 2 cloves of garlic crushed
1 coarsely chopped fresh chili (optional)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Coarsely chop olives in a food processor; this is not a paste! Add garlic and chili and pulse for a couple of seconds.

Add oil and pulse for another couple of seconds
