Baked Stuffed Peaches

6 ripe peaches
4 oz. or 120 g amaretti biscuits, finely crushed
2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, grated
Red wine or marsala

Halve and core peaches. Using a spoon, scoop out some of the peach to enlarge cavity left by the pit. Place peach halves cut side up in baking dish.
Combine amaretti biscuit crumbs and chocolate. Moisten slightly with red wine or masala.
Fill peaches with mixture. Pour about 1/4 cup wine into bottom of baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes, basting with pan juices halfway through baking.
Serve warm.
