Fabulous Fleischschnacka brunch at La Petite France

Our Brunch today at La Petite France was fabulous. Easily one of the best meals of 2004 for us. And a steal at just under $27 per person! Wow! Hearty Alsation soul food. I am not sure what was my favourite: perhaps it was the delicious ground meat, bread and chantarelle "Fleischsnacka" pictured above, or maybe it was the wonderful timbale St. Jacques with its perfectly cooked scallops or maybe it was the dessert with its wonderful texture combination of mousse and crunchy snail shaped bread? A very difficult choice. All I can say is highly recommended. Check out a slideshow of my photos!
