World-Wide Sushi Restaurant Reference

Founded way back in 1994, The World-Wide Sushi Restaurant Guide (which I found through Derek Miller's excellent penmachine although I can't find the exact entry) is a compendium of the world's sushi restaurants along with  helpful glossary which has great information about sushi and Japanese food in general .

There's a page for Vancouver sushi restaurants (which doesn't have Ajisai,  our latest fav, but I am sure it's only a matter of time before it's added) and readers can submit restaurants to be added.

It doesn't have an RSS file which you can subscribe to, so you have to manually track updates by surfing to their recent updates page, but that's a minor quibble on a fine site.
