The Clubhouse Japanese Restaurant - Still Rockin' in 2003

More than two years after our original mini-review of The Clubhouse Restaurant, it still rocks.

We went there yesterday after Caterina Fake's fab Pixel opening and we found the food as inexpensive and delicious as always.

Barb and I went for a "snack" and ended up ordering enough for a meal.  The "deep fried banana with red beans in a crepe, and ice cream" aka "Son-Na Banana" is still great and a bargain at $5.25.  We also had an enormous Pork Miso Stew for $5.50, one Yaki Mochi for $3.85 and a unagi roll for $4.95.  Grand total without tip was $20.70.  And we took half of the Pork Miso Stew home for lunch the next day.  Still highly recommended!
