Oddball Organic's Nuclear Nectar

At today's Nat Bailey Farmers' Market, Barb and I bought some delightful Nuclear Nectar from Oddball Organics (604 514-9277, Langley store featuring this and other products made with ingredients from their organic farm opening soon!) for $10.

Nuclear Nectar is a wonderfully hot AND sweet organic concoction made up cayenne, habanero, honey, garlic, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. We can't wait to try it on hamburgers, in pasta sauces, with Thai food, Vietnamese spring rolls, etc. We love it because it's hot but not vinegary and flavourful, a difficult combination to pull off! Check it out!
