Chef Paolo Monti from Portovenere on the Italian Riviera is coming back to Vancouver to cook some of his best and easy to make pasta recipes with you! With a culinary career of 25 years, Paolo is passionate about food (and more), incredibly knowledgeable about cooking and very entertaining too!

Come and share a decadent evening of "Cooking, Wine, Travel & Fun on the Italian Riviera and Tuscany" with Paolo, me (Mama Margaret) and Terri Calligaro. Terri is my great Italy specialist travel agent in Vancouver, and owns Aquarius Travel and her tour company, Vacanza Italy.

What? Enjoy a Tuscan wine tasting with Giorgio Castigioni, an Italian wine expert. Snacks: Italian cheeses and Paolo's two kinds of Tuscan crostini washed down with good Tuscan wine.
