Book Review: Simply Bishop's

At the premier of Deconstructing Supper, signed copies of Simply Bishop's were being sold with proceeds going towards Deccan Development Society. We bought a copy and have been pouring over it since.

Check out our review: I can't wait to make dishes like chevre cheesecake with dried fruit in apricot brandy syrup and roast beef tenderloin with wild mushroom ragout and potato gratin. But the lovely spring and summer dishes will have to wait...it'll be something to look forward to!
