TripReport.com is oriented towards business travellers and has restaurant reviews (among other things) of lots of cities including Seattle, San Francisco and Vancouver. And, even cooler, they also have links to other sites like VanEats for each city under "Surf" (which is where the link to VanEats is). e.g. the Surf entry for Seattle points to RealEats.com which has restaurant reviews for Seattle (and other cities) contributed by readers.
