Cinnamon Biscotti

Yikes! Christmas is only 2 months away! Time to start planning holiday gifts, parties and baking! I love giving homemade gifts from my kitchen, so I like to plan what I'll be making, how I'll package them and who will get some goodies.

These cinnamon biscotti are an easy make ahead cookie you can add to your list of baking. Biscotti usually keep for at least 2 weeks in an airtight container. For a fancy touch, drizzle cooled biscotti with melted bittersweet or white chocolate. For gifts, the biscotti look really nice wrapped in cellophane and tied with ribbon.
