The Art of Pot Luck

My workplace had a pot luck lunch today. Usually these are reserved for special occasions, like farewells or holidays, but the staff decided to have one because we had so much fun and good food the last time!

I really enjoy pot lucks. We had a variety of food from salads to main dishes to desserts, homemade and store bought. Because our group is culturally diverse, we had a great assortment of ethnic dishes, including an Indian pork curry and naan, chai, Chinese chicken and cashews, guacamole and a few Italian goodies. This is the Pesto Potato Gratin I made.
