Tara's Dutch Apple Pie

You'll definitely eat well (or "Eet smakelijk" as Tara translated from Dutch) if you cook Tara's Dutch Apple Pie.  Check it out!  It's a great way to use those apples from the recent  UBC Apple Festival.
