As promised, here's the Visto D'oro B&B's Cooking School Schedule for Fall/Winter 2003-2004 (PDF).  Lots of great sounding classes such as  "Bistro Night" on Tuesday November 4th from 6-9p.m. featuring Chef  Jerome Dudicourt teaching you how to cook Roquefort & Walnut Agnoletti w/Squash Sauce, Beef Filet en Chevreuil w/Figs & Roasted Pears and Pistachio Chocolate Marquise for $65 or Glenys Morgan's $75 "Slow and Easy Stirring and Sipping" featuring ragu Bolognese with pappardelle and lamb shanks braised with Zinfandel on Wed.
