Olympic Organic Yogurt

Recently I've been trying to increase my calcium intake by eating yogurt and using yogurt in breakfast shakes. I've been trying different brands and styles but I've found that I like Olympic yogurt--it's balkan style (a looser texture) and has natural bacterial culture.

For a treat this weekend we bought some vanilla Olympic organic yogurt from Olympic Dairy in Richmond. WOW! What a treat! When we opened the container we noticed that some of the fat was on the surface and that the yogurt was a darker colour than what I was used to. The flavour of the yogurt is rich and creamy (3.2% milk fat) and is delicious. Also, it is BC certified organic. Highly recommended! We paid ($4.39 for 907g) more than we usually spend on yogurt, but it was worth it!!
