Sweet Tart Crust

1 cup flour
2 Tbsp. icing sugar
1/2 cup butter

Stir together flour and icing sugar.
Cut in butter with a pastry blender or rub in butter with your fingers until mixture resembles cornmeal.
Press evenly into bottom and sides of a 9" tart tin with a removeable bottom.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees F. Cool and fill.
