Brie with Sundried Tomato

1 - 900 g brie
3/4 cup sundried tomatoes packed in oil
3 cloves garlic, minced

Drain sundried tomatoes but do not remove all the oil.
Finely chop tomatoes. Add garlic and continue to chop mixture until finely minced.
Split brie in half horizontally. Spread with tomato mixture and replace top half of brie.
Serve at room temperature or warm slightly in 250 degree F oven for 15 minutes.
