1/2 pound green beans cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 cup chopped cabbage
1/2 cup snow peas with ends removed
2 medium tomatoes cut into eighths
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 green onions cut into small pieces
fish sauce ("patis" in Filipino)
3 tablespoons oil
3/4 pound pork tenderloin cut into cubes
freshly ground pepper

Heat the oil in a wok. Add the garlic and green onion and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the pork and stir fry for a minute or two until it is half cooked. Add the tomatoes and press down to release their juices. Add a tablespoon of patis. Cook for 1 or two minutes until the pork is almost cooked.

Add the vegetables, 1 tablespoon of patis stir and add another tablespoon of patis.

Add 3 or 4 tablespoons of water and cover.

Cook until steam escapes from the wok lid. Add pepper to taste. Serve over a bed or rice.
