Lo Mein (Tossed Noodles)

Chinese style wheat noodles
Oyster sauce (about 1 Tbsp./serving)
Sesame oil (about 1 tsp./serving)
Green onions, julienned (about 1 Tbsp./serving)
Fresh ginger, julienned (about 2 tsp./serving)
Cilantro, optional
Shredded cooked chicken or pork, optional

Cook noodles in rapidly boiling water until al dente.
While noodles are cooking, toss together oyster sauce, sesame oil, green onions and ginger. Add cilantro and chicken or pork.
Drain noodles and toss thoroughly with rest of ingredients.
Serve immediately.
